This brief describes how 28 Local Workforce Investment Boards (LWIBs) collaborated regionally with other LWIBs. It highlights the key goals of these collaborations and provides a detailed description of a particularly comprehensive LWIB partnership that can serve as a model for boards that are currently pursuing collaboration.
